Went to the doctors first thing with dodgey elbows and he said it was golfers elbow !!! so it's back on the ibuprofen and if that dose'nt work some Cortisone injections !!! thats speedsailing for you :(
So after a quick breakfast at the Dip decided to put my elbows to the test and go for a longboard cruise with Neil Hurrell :) The wind was light and onshore with a high tide getting off the beach was interesting.Once on our way we decided to head up the Deben and go to Waldringfeild.Even in the light breeze it's still great fun and we had the tide against us !!! We stopped by the Maybush Pub for a snack before the journey back.We saw loads of birds and really enjoyed our afternoon and more wind forecast for the weekend :)Only minus was I got a puncture in one of my trailor wheels and it cost £35 for a new tyre !!!
